In the Tyumen region preparing for a meeting with the Ambassador of Finland

In the Tyumen region, preparations are underway for an online meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Finland to the Russian Federation Antti Helantera and the business community of Finland.
It will be attended by employees of the Finnish-Russian Chamber of Commerce and representatives of Finnish companies that manufacture equipment for the oil and gas and metallurgical industries, waste management and water treatment enterprises, construction and forestry, agro-industrial and food processing, innovation and tourism.
During the conversation, Deputy Governor of the Tyumen Region Andrei Panteleev plans to present the industrial and investment potential of the Tyumen Region.
Andrey Kartashov, head of the export support center of the Tyumen region, will tell Finnish partners about Tyumen exporters.
As part of the online meeting, enterprises of the Tyumen region and Finland will be able to discuss issues of bilateral cooperation.
Finland is the main foreign trade partner of the Tyumen region. In the first half of 2020, trade with Finland amounted to more than 42 million US dollars, of which the share of Tyumen exports is 39 million US dollars - mainly propane, plywood, ferrous metals. The region imports from Finland ethylene polymers, bituminous oil products, equipment and mechanical devices.
