15 May 2015
One more plant has opened May 15 in the Tyumen region. The company MC-Bauchemie will produce dry mortar and concrete admixtures. The volume of investments amounted to 586 million rubles.
- Tyumen region, was chosen for two reasons. First, it's friendly attitude and support of the government. In Tyumen, I immediately received all necessary contacts that accelerated the process of construction. Second, we are well known here for a long time, so we cover our investments here more quickly than in other regions, - said CEO of the plant Alexander Mondrus at the opening.
Construction of the plant led by the Tyumen company. In the work of MC-Bauchemie use Tyumen personnel and raw materials. According to Alexander Mondrus, wonderful people are working in Tyumen. As for raw materials, they use only local cement and sand is used, and only the small quantities of chemistry they import.
- We would be happy if quarries will develop in Tyumen. Today, the main problem in raw materials is sand, it is the right amount, but lack of the quality and the desired fraction - said the CEO.
The plant is capable to product up to 120 thousand tonnes of dry mixes, and 8 thousand tonnes of soil and additives in concrete in the year. 80% of the products will be delivered to the markets of the Urals Federal District, and 20% - in Siberia and the Far East.
As noted at the opening ceremony Deputy Governor of the Tyumen region Vadim Shumkov, open one more plant each month at the Tyumen region has already become a good tradition. So, very soon we expected to launch the third phase of the Antipinsky refinery, a big new logistics complex in Tyumen region and fish processing complex in “Molodezhniy”.
