The deputy of the Governor of the Tyumen region Sergey Degtyar has presented the Tyumen region at the Day of partnership of Russia and the Bottom Saxony in Tsell

On October, 27th, 2009 in Tsell, Germany has passed Day of partnership of Russia and the Bottom Saxony. The Prime minister of the Bottom Saxony Christian Woolf and the General consul of the Russian Federation Sergey Ganzha was accepted participation in action. The Tyumen region on official actions was represented by the deputy of the Governor of the region Sergey Degtyar. The strategic partnership of the Bottom Saxony and Russia became the main theme of the taken place action.
