Tyumen region develops cooperation with foreign states

On July 3, Deputy Governor of the Tyumen Region Andrei Panteleev discussed the prospects for cooperation with trade representatives of the Russian Federation in Belgium and Luxembourg, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Serbia, Armenia, Iran.

He outlined the tasks of the regional government, which are among the priorities: attracting investments and promoting the products of Tyumen producers abroad. "In these two directions: investment and export, we are waiting for assistance from sales representatives."

The participation of foreign companies in investment projects is planned to be built within the framework of the investment development program of the Tyumen region. It was presented by Anton Mashukov, Director of the Department of Investment Policy and State Support of Entrepreneurship of the Tyumen Region.

Alexander Sakevich, General Director of the Oil and Gas Cluster Association, spoke in detail about the development of the oil and gas cluster.

Cooperation in the cluster should be of interest to Azerbaijan, Iran, Uzbekistan.

Serbia and Armenia have requests for the supply of Tyumen sawing and building materials, food products.

There is an opportunity to interact with Europe in the field of ecology, attracting investments in petrochemical and oil and gas projects.

As part of the visit program of trade representatives, a round table and B2B meetings with Tyumen entrepreneurs interested in exporting their products were held.

Representatives of Tyumen business presented their enterprises, manufactured goods and discussed export issues to each of the countries.

Trade representatives noted the wide range and quality of Tyumen products, noted the prospects for the development of the export potential of the Tyumen region.

The visit took place with the assistance of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia within the framework of the All-Russian Week of Russian Trade Representatives Abroad.
