Manufacturing company "Furniture Company" is increasing production

The production company "Furniture Company" is expanding the activities of the group of enterprises operating under the brand "Furniture Group" by increasing production volumes - it opens a new production workshop. The company is investing about 74 million rubles in new production facilities.
The investment project will be completed by the end of 2023. The project will create 30 jobs.
The furniture company has been operating since 2008, produces furniture parts, countertops, facades, products from laminated chipboard, MDF, HDF and other materials. The geography of the company's sales is the Tyumen region, Khanty-Mansiysk and Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. More than 100 employees are involved in the production, another 700 professional furniture makers are customers of blanks for further assembly and sale to the end consumer.
The growing demand for products required the expansion of workshops and the purchase of additional equipment to produce the volume of products in demand on the market.
As part of the support of the investment project, preliminary work was carried out on the possibility of providing a site, a building permit was obtained, a new workshop was built and connected to utilities, equipment was purchased.
The workshop with an area of 780 sq m housed the production of facades from MDF, modernized and purchased new equipment. The number of new employees increased by 7 people. It is planned to increase the volume of production in 2021 by 30% and in 2022 by 50% compared to the previous ones.

We not only provide materials, but also conduct training, helping small and micro-enterprises, self-employed and novice furniture makers, and even provide an initial loan if necessary, - commented the director of the enterprise. “To start a furniture business, a person only needs a tool for installation and assembly, samples of materials and a minimum set of office equipment.”
In order to develop the enterprise in 2020, the company took advantage of the support of the "My Business" Center within the framework of the national project "Small and Medium Enterprises".
Thanks to the new software product, it became possible to place orders remotely and around the clock and calculate their preliminary cost with an accuracy of up to 95%. The new software product increased sales in the first months by 10% and helped to provide better quality and more efficient services to its clients, including self-employed participants of the Regional Integration Project, micro and small businesses that work in rural areas of the Tyumen region.
