On March 25-28, 2019, a delegation of the Department of Health of the Tyumen Region in Tel Aviv, the State of Israel paid a visit to the 5th International Exhibition and Conference MedinIsrael-2019 dedicated to the development of digital technologies with a view to further implementation in the healthcare system of the Tyumen Region medical information technology. Given that the equipment shown is not certified on the territory of the Russian Federation, an agreement was reached with several manufacturers on the possibility of pilot testing of devices in the Tyumen region and subsequent certification in the Russian Federation.

On October 11, 2019, a meeting with representatives of the Embassy of the State of Israel was held at the Representative Office of the Government of the Tyumen Region in Moscow.
