Tyumen enterprises increase non-oil exports
The efforts of Tyumen enterprises to enter the international market bring good results. Especially in the supply of products of certain types of manufacturing industry.
In 2019 (compared with 2018) in non-primary non-energy exports, growth was shown by such groups of goods as food products and agricultural raw materials (an increase of 59.7%); machinery, equipment and other vehicles (by 67.3%); other goods (by 11%).
The main export deliveries were made to the Netherlands, France, Sweden, Belgium, Poland, Germany, Finland. Deliveries of products of Tyumen producers to Kazakhstan, Moldova, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan, the United Arab Emirates, Germany, Denmark, Algeria, Egypt, Great Britain, Hungary, Spain, Poland, and the USA increased. In 2019, the export of Tyumen goods to Abkhazia, Andorra, Angola, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Switzerland, Congo, Algeria, and Croatia also intensified.
In 2020, for the Tyumen export-oriented companies, the Regional Export Support Center has planned field and training events. Specialists of the center intend to devote special attention to preparing Tyumen products for entering a highly competitive foreign market, marketing research, and will continue to assist in bringing the Tyumen business to large international electronic trading platforms such as Alibaba, GRT, Allbiz, eBay and TMALL.
