Representatives of the Slovak company WAY Industries are considering the Tyumen region to organize the production of skid steer loaders
On February 17-18, 2020, representatives of the Slovak production and trading company WAY Industries paid a visit to the Tyumen Region to discuss the possibility of implementing an investment project in the region to build a mini-loader plant.
During the visit, a working meeting was held between the technical director of the WAY Industries plant Dushan Skoda with the Deputy Governor of the Tyumen Region Andrei Panteleev, the General Director of the Tyumen Region Investment Agency Fund Andrei Shalnev, the General Director of the Tyumen Region Infrastructure Development Agency JSC Olga Romanets and representatives of the Tyumen business.
During the visit, options were considered for both the joint creation of a production of mini-loaders and the construction of a new plant on the site of the Bogandinsky industrial park. Negotiations were held with the companies JSC "Plant Tyumenremdormash" and JSC "Mostostroy-11" on the creation of joint production within the existing production capacities of enterprises.
The next negotiations are scheduled for late March 2020. By this period, WAY Industries will make economic calculations of all options. Implementation of the investment project is scheduled for 2020.
“The main purpose of WAY Industries’s visit to the Tyumen region was to study the region’s investment attractiveness, familiarize itself with the forms and mechanisms of state support provided to investors, and also study potential sites where this project could be implemented,” commented the news agency CEO Andrey Shalnev.
